Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and labels are securely attached and the garments are in original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
